General Rules and Conditions

Loyalty Discount

If you have been with S2S for 5 or more years, you are entitled to a Loyalty discount on ALL your fee's.

Here is how it works:

• In your 5th, 6th & 7th year with us you are entitled to a 5% discount.
• In your 8th, 9th & 10th year with us, you are entitled to a 7% discount.
• For 11 or more years you receive a 10% discount.

This is OUR thank you for YOUR loyalty! In the event of you leaving S2S then returning, the years you were not with us, do not count towards your discount.

The Loyalty Discount is taken for each individual student. Eg. If you have 2 children, 1 has been with us for 8yrs then they are entitled to a 7% discount on all their fee's. Then the 2nd child has been with us for 3 yrs, they're not entitled to a discount.

S2S Rules

1. Fee's are payable before your child's lesson. All fee's must be paid whether attended or not, except for the following circumstances:
   • Your child is sick and a Doctors Certificate is sited
   • Troupe Performance
   • Funeral
2. A Late fee of $20 is automatically charged if your account is 4 weeks overdue and $20 for every 4 weeks thereafter.
3. We must have one weeks written notice if you are going to change classes or discontinue with any classes otherwise you will be charged for your enrolled classes. If you decide to discontinue your child's lessons altogether, one week’s written notice is required.
4. All students must wear correct clothes and correct grooming to all classes. Please see other page in the Uniform Requirements section for more information regarding uniform and grooming.
5. Definitely no dangly earrings, watches, bracelets, necklaces or large rings to be worn in class as they are potentially dangerous & distracting. Students are not allowed to wear any loose clothes such as t-shirts, jumpers or jackets as it makes it difficult for teachers to correct postures.
6. Students must be ready to enter class on time. Try and arrive approximately 10 minutes before your allocated class time. Lateness will not be tolerated.
7. Although all due care is taken with all our students, we do not take responsibility for students whilst they are not in class. If your child has a break between classes, it is ultimately the parent's responsibility to supervise your child if needed. For students who have a break that exceeds one hour, parental supervision is compulsory.
8. Students are not allowed to play outside of the buildings at any time, especially not in any of the car park areas. Please take care when driving in the area, and at the Ambarvale Studio please park your car on Crispsparkle Drive instead of Lightwood St. At Narellan, do not park in the designated Ultratune car parking spots.
9. There is to be no smoking in or around any of the Steps 2 Stardom buildings. This includes the Ambarvale verandah & garage, and Narellans front courtyard.
10. Tap shoes are not allowed to be worn in the toilets or on the downstairs slate at Ambarvale.
11. All students should be picked up promptly at the end of their last class, especially students whose classes are the last class of the day.
12. Siblings of Steps 2 Stardom students, who do not take classes, are not to be left unsupervised at any time at the studios.
13. There is to be no eating or drinking upstairs at Ambarvale. A bottle of water is allowed to be taken into class. At Narellan, absolutely no food or drink is to be taken on to the Acro Mats at any time.
14. Parents need to check the notice board at least once a week.
15. No responsibility will be taken for any lost items or injuries whilst at the studio.
16. If you choose to be a Steps 2 Stardom dance student, we do not allow our students to take syllabus classes at other academies, unless it is in a style that we do not teach (such as Irish).
17. Photographs and videos taken of students in class and at Steps to Stardom functions will be used for promotional and website advertising. If you do not want your child to appear in our advertising or on our website, please let us know.
18. We reserve the right to start our dancing Term on the Saturday before NSW government schools begin if necessary.
