OPEN WEEKS
This is a wonderful opportunity for the family to come and watch all classes at S2S. This year's open week is Monday 4th until Saturday 9th June. Dress rehearsal weeks are also open for parents to come a view non exam classes (exam & competition classes are NOT open during dress rehearsal weeks). Dress rehearsal weeks are: Monday 18th - Saturday 23rd June & Monday 3rd - Saturday 8th December.
2012 DANCE EXAMS
Dance exams will be held in mid November at the Smeaton Grange Studio. Exams are generally held over 6 or 7 days between 9am & 5pm.
TUMBLING ASSESSMENT WEEKS
Tumbling assessments are held twice a year in class.
DANCE CONCERTS
Open dance classes, Troupe, and Pre-Schoolers are involved in 2 concerts each year. One at the end of Term 2, and one at the end of Term 4. These exciting events are generally held in the daytime on Sundays.
DANCE CONCERT COSTUME HIRE
Dance concert costumes will be hired from us. Each non exam dance class has a concert routine and therefore will have a costume. There may be some small items you need to purchase, but if this occurs, the cost will be minimal. The concert costume hire is usually between $20 - $35 depending on how elaborate the costume is. This is instead of buying costumes which would generally cost $70 - $100 each. Each costume also has a bond of $10 (maximum of $50 is you are in more than 5 routines) which is refunded when the costumes are returned to us.
TUMBLING / CHEER / TRAMP /AERIAL DEMONSTRATION DAY
The demonstration day is held towards the end of Term 4. This amazing day of spectacular skills is held on a Sunday during the day.
AERIAL ARTS CONCERT
This sensational concert is held towards the end of Term 4 either on a Saturday or Sunday night.
SINGING AND PIANO RECITAL
This entertaining night is held towards the end of Term 3 and is generally on a Saturday evening.
