Megan began trampolining in 2000, at the age of 5 at Macquarie Fields Leisure Centre. In 2003, she found the new world of competition trampolining. She competed in trampoline, double-mini, tumbling and at some competitions synchronised trampoline.
Megan competed and received medals in many competitions. She also competed at several NSW State championships as well as VIC National club levels championships. Megan was also selected as a member of the NSW state team to compete at Nationals in Brisbane and Melbourne from 2005-2007. Megan had many successes, her best in 2007, where she was placed 11th on double-mini, missing out on finals by 0.1 at the National Championships in VIC.
When Megan quit competition trampolining in 2008, she moved across to Steps 2 Stardom where she continued trampolining and also picked up tumbling. In 2009 she was invited to be a part of the Competition Cheerleading team. Megan still is currently a member of the Steps 2 Stardom competition cheerleading and performance tumbling team. In 2011, she was part of the winning cheerleading team at S2S, who won a National Title in the Level 3 senior team.
Megan has been under the guidance of Miss Jodie and Miss Rhiannon for the past 2 years. She has also successfully completed her level 1 coaching accreditation course with Gymnastics NSW in Trampoline sports and tumbling to assist her with coaching trampoline classes in 2012.
